At Gamla Franska in Lund's historic Saluhall, food is prepared according to the classic French cooking methods but with a unique touch. Everything is made from scratch with passion and respect for the ingredients, local and organic as far as possible. Gamla Franska leaves nothing to chance but always makes sure to serve pure enjoyment on the plate.
