Buy gift cards

You can buy the gift card in one of our two gift card machines. These are located in the entrance to Stadshallen and Saluhallen, in the entrance from Botulfsplatsen. Gift cards that you buy in the machine are loaded immediately. Envelope not included.

You can buy gift cards at Pressbyrån in Lund City, they are available at Botulfsplatsen, the hospital and the three shops around the station.

The gift cards are also sold here at lundcity.se. You can choose to send a digital code to the recipient via SMS or email. You can send these immediately or set a time for them to go to the recipient.
You can also order physical cards, which will be sent by post within two working days. As a security measure, all gift cards are sent unloaded.
The additional fee is 10 SEK per gift card, you can also order double-folded cards online.

You can pay by card both at the machines and online, at Pressbyrån you can also pay with cash. If you order as a company, you can also choose to pay by invoice.

The card works like a bank card and can be used in affiliated businesses in Lund City. It includes shops as well as restaurants, hotels, hairdressers and museums. It can be loaded with any amount up to SEK 5.000.

Some terminals require a code to be entered. The code is the last four digits of the card number. Card number is found on the back of the card. ATTENTION! Not the security code!

The card is valid for one year from the date the card was loaded.

Payment is by card. If you order as a company, you can also choose invoice. If your company requires an invoice via Peppol, please contact citykortet@luncity.se and we will arrange this.

Lund University and Lund Municipality have set up connections to Peppol, be sure to enter your invoice reference for faster processing.

At Pressbyrån it is possible to pay with contacts. In gift card machines and on the web, payment cards are accepted.

When returning goods purchased with a gift card, credit receipts from the relevant store are valid. Refunds to contacts or credit to cards are not possible.

It is not possible to extend the validity period or reactivate gift cards.

Lost gift cards will not be replaced. Gift cards cannot be traced back to the recipient.
