In the webshop at lundcity.se you can order gift cards as a private person or as a company. Simply choose which option suits you using the buttons at the top of the page. Choose the number of cards you want to order and the amount you want to load them with (from SEK 100-5000). When you enter your personal data, it is important that you check that your email address is spelled correctly, as your order confirmation will be sent there. The gift cards are sent to the address you specified together with an invoice.
ATTENTION! As a security measure, all gift cards are sent unloaded. When you pay the invoice, you confirm that you have received the cards in the mail. The cards are only charged when we have registered your payment.
If you order as a company, you can also enter the invoice reference. The invoice is sent together with the gift cards to the address you enter in the form. If you want to enter a separate delivery address, you can add it, then the products will be sent there but the invoice will be sent by post to the first address. If you specify e-invoice, the invoice is sent to the specified address with the specified reference.

The cards are usually charged the weekday after we receive your payment. ATTENTION! We have no business during the weekends.
Christmas present? To be sure to receive the gift card before Christmas Eve, you must place your order by December 19 at the latest.

All prices in the webshop are stated in SEK incl. VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment is made by invoice with Fortnox.
The invoice fee is SEK 0. When you pay the invoice, you confirm that you have received the cards in the mail. The cards are only charged when we have registered your payment. In addition to the value of the gift card, the customer only pays postage and a fee for the cover of the card (SEK 20 per card). This is an administrative cost that enables the production of Lund City Gift Cards.
The Handelsföreningen, the Property Owners' Association Lund City and Lund Municipality meet in the Lund City Collaboration to develop and improve Lund City. The goal is for Lund City to be one of the Öresund region's most attractive places to experience, work, shop and live.
Lund City Gift Card is produced by Lund Citysamverkan Servicebolag AB, org. no. 552415-1758, which is not a for-profit company, nor does it make money from the gift card. When you order gift cards from us, you contribute to more people shopping in the city center while giving the recipient the opportunity to choose their gift from shops, cafes, restaurants, hotels and hairdressers as well as events and experiences.

The cards can be returned to Lund Citysamverkan before the invoice has been paid and the cards have been loaded. After this, we cannot make a return. In the event of a return, contact us at citykortet@lundcity.se within two weeks of your order.
The card cannot be redeemed for cash. When repurchasing products purchased with the gift card, a credit receipt from the store applies.
The gift card is a regular Master payment card that the recipient can use at all affiliated businesses in Lund City. Link to "The gift card applies here".
The card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
The gift card is not personal.
Lost cards are not replaced.
All goods remain the property of Lund Citysamverkan until payment has been received by the company. All attempts at fraud are reported to the police and Lund Citysamverkan reserves the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected. Lost cards are not replaced. Personal data registered in our webshop is only registered in order to be able to deliver the ordered goods. When we ask you for information, it is clearly stated why we need this particular information. It's only lundcity.se and its administration that has access to this information. We comply with the Personal Data Act (PUL) and Lund Citysamverkan never gives out or sells address information or e-mail addresses to third parties.

Any disputes are settled in a Swedish court in accordance with Swedish law.
If you regret your purchase, you can return the products to us within 14 days from the date the purchase was made. ATTENTION! This only applies to unused gift cards. When returning, gift cards, covers and envelopes must be returned to Lund Citysamverkan in unchanged condition.
Always contact Lund Citysamverkan before making a return, notification must be made in writing. Email us at citykortet@lundcity.se and write "return" in the subject line.
Enter any company name, name, address, contact details, invoice number and the account you want us to deposit the money into in the email. We will contact you with information on how to send the products back to us. The customer is responsible for all possible costs incurred in connection with the return, the customer is responsible for the products until they reach the seller.
When we have received the products, we will refund the purchase amount to the account you specified within 14 days.
In accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act, we provide a 36-month right of complaint on all goods. The right to complain means that you as a customer can complain about faults with the product that have occurred up to 36 months after the purchase. The right to complain applies regardless of whether the defect is visible or hidden.
A prerequisite is that the fault has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product. If the product is faulty, the customer has the right to redelivery. A complaint must reach us within a reasonable time. Complaints that take place within 2 months from the time of purchase are always considered within a reasonable time.
Please note that we are solely responsible for the gift card and its functionality. If you want to cancel or complain about a purchase with one of our suppliers that you have paid with a gift card from us, you should contact the supplier in the first place. Once the gift card has been used in store, we no longer bear any responsibility for it. In the unlikely event that discrepancies arise between customer and supplier, we naturally want to try to help. In the event of a dispute, we will follow the General Complaints Board's recommendations.
