Delicious, vegan and based on research. In a wrap or box, Tuesday - Thursday 11am-14pm or while supplies last. 110kr/89kr student.
Condiments and bread
Kimchi, sauerkraut and other fermented and pickled foods. Made from a bunch of cool lactic acid bacteria, sometimes a little vinegar and me. Buy a jar or two and spruce up your plate. You'll get a piece of my sourdough bread for your Thursday box. And then you can order. It takes a couple of days for the bread to be ready - just think about it.
Cook with me
Develop your vegan skills with me in the kitchen. Come to my open cooking evenings or book an evening with your group or company. Or do you have people in the kitchen who want to get sharper on vegan? Then Notch Matstudio is the place.
Try wine - or other drinks
Do you want to choose wine based on more than just price and label design? Or develop your taste buds and combine wine with vego? Or for that matter explore all the super cool non-alcoholic drinks that are coming more and more? I am a trained sommelier with an international diploma (WSET3), come here and try it with me.
Catering
Let me fix the party food, the wedding or the student reception, the pick for the mingle, the AW snacks or the conference lunch. Always vegan, always exciting, tasty in season that is beautiful to look at and incredibly good to eat. Since October 2024, I have been an approved supplier to Lund University - very happy about that.
