We at Reko Deli want to wish you a season full of the pleasures that it brings and that we have been longing for for so long, at least we in the kitchen!
We would like to be of service with what we do best; to create enjoyable experiences of food, in a conscious way.
Every time we enter our kitchen, we ask ourselves the first question; "How can we create a favorable future for our guests' grandchildren?" and the second question then becomes; “how can we make this an enjoyable experience for them today?”.
This is great fun to do, as we have learned that one thing leads directly to the other. We have built up knowledge about organic gastronomy and all our suppliers know what we stand for and fulfill our guidelines regarding high taste experiences and sustainability. We have decided to always use organic raw materials. But not only that. Sustainable enjoyment is incorporated into every detail of our work, including how we deliver (by bike) and package (compostable) and minimize waste. We also rely on seasonal ingredients providing the best possible conditions for sustainability and gastronomic experiences.
We can take care of all the production that comes to Reko Deli and on to you. We do deep research into our products in order not to trade in goods that have caused an impossible life for others, neither animals nor vulnerable people, that do not contribute to inequality and injustice and that what is produced for and at Reko Deli is done in a sustainable way . We also ensure that it is consumed in a sustainable way. We are careful to convey the importance of working together to achieve the global goals for sustainable development. We cannot and do not want to do it ourselves.
