On Petersborg's farm in Österlen, Monika and Hans grow mustard seeds from which they make genuine Scanian mustard. The mustard is very popular and has been awarded several awards, including Swedish champion in mustard. In addition to Petersburg's mustard range, Monika has filled the store with Swedish food crafts with a focus on Skåne. Depending on the season, you will also find berries, fruit, vegetables and root vegetables in the store.
