Quality, good service and an incredibly varied range are our signature. We believe in good food from really good ingredients. Skåne and its surroundings are a well-stocked pantry and we try to use local ingredients as far as possible. We have a large selection of game during the game season and with us you will find, among other things, deer, moose, roe deer and reindeer. We also have mallards and pheasants. We have an incredibly large range of meat and charcuterie products. With us you will find, among other things, Pata Negra racks, Tomahawk, veal steak, porchetta and much, much more. We are also very proud of our self-produced sausages, pâtés and pâtés. With us, you will find meat and charcuterie you won't find anywhere else! We also attach great importance to preserving many classics in our range and sell a large number of ready meals in the shop, including Boeuf Bourguignon, boiled veal with dill meat, cabbage pudding, horseradish meat, egg cake and pan steak.

In season, we also prepare goose menus, Easter lamb and classic dishes for the Christmas table. We offer a wide range of menus and buffets that you pre-order with us and we are happy to undertake catering assignments.

You will find us in Lund's Saluhall, where Holmgren's has been an obvious feature since the saluhall opened in 1909. The company was founded in 1898 by Nils Holmgren and his wife who first ran their business on Tomegatan in Lund. In 1900, sales were expanded with a substantial cart on Stortorget, which was then Lund's salutorg.
