GATEAU

No one can walk past Gateau's store unmoved. With beautiful cakes, pastries, cookies and bread displayed, it is hard to resist the temptations. The bread is sourdough bread baked in a stone oven according to traditional French recipes with long resting times. The coffee bread is of course baked with real butter. Cakes are made in the same way as in French patisseries and are based on all the flavors in the composition being present in each bite. Something that is also reflected in the low cakes in several layers with different flavors.
