Discover Toyo - Our menu is a modern interpretation of Korean and Japanese cuisine and filled with heat, acid, sweetness and umami. With us, food is meant to be shared, to create community around the table. Tonkatsu Thursdays! Every Thursday we serve different variations of the Japanese schnitzel Tonkatsu, there will be everything from traditional to exciting interpretations of the classic Tonkatsu on the menu every Thursday for 195 SEK. In our large cocktail bar you will find a magical drink list, Asian beer, sake & Japanese distillates. We also have a really nice afterwork on Fridays from 4:00 PM - A warm welcome to us!
Our kitchen delivers hot flavors of chili, ginger, garlic, soy & of course lots of fermented vegetables that you can share across the table.
The food is crispy, sour, hot, fresh & juicy, lots of umami and even more pleasant heat. The menu is of course alive and will change and develop over time just like our cocktails.
