In 2026, We Have A Dream will celebrate its 10th anniversary with an exhibition, lectures and school cinema in Lund. The celebration will culminate in a manifestation in Lund Cathedral.
In an era marked by war, climate crisis and weakened democracies, the need for role models is greater than ever. The photographic traveling exhibition, We Have A Dream. About courage, humanity and human rights, features people – from everyday heroes to peace prize winners – who have dared to leave their comfort zone to create change. The hope is that their stories will shed light on our time and ignite sparks in the role models and leaders of the future. The exhibition features Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Sam Opio, Patti Smith, Zara Larsson, Pussy Riot and the Dalai Lama, among others.
The exhibition will be on display at Domkyrkoplatsen from June 5 to September 20. Opening on June 5 at 5:00-6:00 PM in the presence of, among others, Sweden's former Minister of Foreign Affairs Margot Wallström and photographer Albert Wiking. The book We Have A Dream is for sale in the Café in Domkyrkoforum: weekdays 10:00-5:00 PM, Saturdays 10:30-3:00 PM and Sundays 12:30-3:00 PM.
The exhibition has been made possible thanks to generous support from the Crafoord Foundation. Thanks to our partners the Church of Sweden, HejaLund!, the Raoul Wallenberg Institute, the Institute for Human Rights, the Center for Middle Eastern Studies at Lund University, Paulssons Fastigheter and KINO. Welcome!
