The weekend of October 3-4, we celebrate World Space Week at Vattenhallen with free admission to the Planetarium* and extra screenings all weekend!
THE PLANETARIUM
Watch the free screening The Darker Side of Light and learn more about how our illuminated cities affect nocturnal animals and insects, but also what we can do to benefit them! The viewing is given at 2:00 PM, 2:45 PM and 3:30 PM and is recommended for ages 5 and up. Tickets can be picked up at the reception and cannot be pre-booked, first come, first served.
On October 4th at 13.00 you can see the show Dark Side of Light in English in the Planetarium. Pick up your tickets at the reception, they cannot be pre-booked; first come, first served. (Note that an admission ticket to Vattenhallen is required to visit the Planetarium)

What can you see in the autumn sky? The sky is full of planets, stars and galaxies that you can see with the naked eye or a telescope. But there are also many exciting objects that astronomers have learned more about recently. Here you will gain new knowledge about things you may have never thought about!

Join us when our students show about air and water! What happens to a marshmallow in a vacuum or to a balloon in liquid nitrogen? And what does a cloud feel like? You will learn that and much more in our Air and Water Show!

In the red corridor we will be offering activities on the theme of Astronomy! Build a star globe, color a space helmet or launch your own space shuttle!
