Celebrate spring with Åkervinda's pure and enchanting songs!
Åkervinda has a deep love for folk music, and breathes new life into Scandinavian folk melodies through their modern interpretations. The group's name is inspired by the flower whose roots spread far and wide like rivers underground. The music is a blend of gracefully intertwined melodies, solid rhythms and ever-captivating harmonies, which like the flower take root in your mind.
The a cappella group Åkervinda consists of Iris Bergcrantz, Lise Kroner, Agnes Åhlund and Linda Bergström. The group has toured the USA and Canada and sung at various festivals in France, Luxembourg, Iceland, Denmark, Sweden and the UK.
