Creating with our hands is about testing, exploring and discovering who we are together and as individuals. Crafts are a place where curiosity and ingenuity, tradition and future meet.
Unga sløjdares salong is a collaboration with Hemslöjden i Skåne where children from different parts of the region show handcrafted works in different techniques. In the exhibition you will find, among other things, a paper sculpture in gold, felted emojis, and a miniature cello!
The Young Craftsmen's Salon is an initiative in the crafts area for Regional Cooperation Southern Sweden, where salons will take place in several different locations around Southern Sweden during 2026.

Create a giant fabric together with textile artist Frida Rådlund! Everyone can join, regardless of experience. Frida will be on site and show you how to get started with warp and weft.
Create your own weaving in micro format! The workshop is led by Christian Svensson from Hemslöjden in Skåne. No prior knowledge required, drop-in subject to space. You can take your finished weaving home with you!
