We at Krognoshuset have the pleasure of exhibiting the artist Carla Zaccagnini for the first time in her solo exhibition "The size of breathing".
Through a number of partially newly produced and site-specific works, including drawings, watercolors and video works, the artist invites the viewer to reflect on the intangible and how we tell each other back and reflect on memories, perceptions and the passage of time.
What is elusive and difficult to translate, what is interpreted and materialized, is constantly recurring in Zaccagnini's artistry. As visitors wander through the exhibition, they will encounter a diverse selection of artworks that challenge conventional notions of perception and reality. Each work, from abstract symbols to vivid depictions of everyday life, offers a unique perspective on the human condition and the myriad ways in which we navigate the world around us.
