After several successful tours, The Cavern Beatles return to the stages of Scandinavia! This time, together with the band, we will remember The Beatles' tour years 1963-1966.
On 9 February 1961, The Beatles played their first of 292 gigs at the now legendary Cavern Club on Mathew Steet in Liverpool. 60 years later, The Cavern Beatles, who are licensed and approved by the same club, come to Lund's Stadsteater with their incredible show.
The Cavern Beatles need no introduction, after more than 100 appearances in the last 10 years in Sweden, they are seen by many as the most prominent Beatles cover band. They have a fascinating ability to recreate the Beatles' great song treasure with incredible precision. Their looks, voices and body language are very similar to the real Fab Four. The band has played all over the world, in more than 40 countries, such as India, Kazakhstan, Maldives, Russia, Iceland and Turkey. Plus, they're also from Liverpool!
This tour focuses the band on The Beatles' touring years from 1963 to 1966, giving these years a greater focus than previous shows. This gives all fans a fantastic chance to hear many of the songs that are often overlooked at concerts that focus on The Beatles' entire catalogue. Of course, all the hits are included, but the band will also, for example, play songs from the B-sides.
In addition to their great musical talent, the band members are dedicated Beatles fans who are deeply committed to recreating their individuality on stage. Their singing voices are uncannily similar to the real Fab Four and that's because they all hail from the same city… Liverpool!
