The Danish composer, music theorist and theosophist Tekla Griebel Wandall (1866–1940) is currently being rediscovered. This evening Odeum will be visited by the musicologist Thomas Husted Kirkegaard who (in clear Danish) will introduce Griebel Wandall with special emphasis on her synesthetic and theosophically based view of music. We also get to hear some of Griebel Wandall's songs and piano pieces with the soprano Andrea Tjäder and the pianist Markus Kvint.
