June 13th is International Knit in public Day, and we celebrate that in the cathedral by inviting all of Lund to a knitting party!
Bring your latest project into the Cathedral and enjoy the Saturday concert in Lund Cathedral or sit down at Domkyrkoplatsen together with representatives from Lund Pastorat's knitting cafes. There will be a limited number of chairs available, so please bring a deck chair or something else to sit on. Anna from Tant Hulda will be there to give you tips and ideas for what you can do with your leftover yarn, so bring your leftovers and come and get some tips. Bring the ball you have left over and swap, sell or donate.
You are free to bring your own coffee or picnic, but if you want to buy coffee during the day, the café at Domkyrkoforum is open 10:30-15:00.
During the day there is an opportunity to donate knitted garments and blankets to the Cathedral's diaconate and view the work of the cathedral knitters.
