City Hall Litt presents
Author and journalist Martin Gelin has visited several countries in recent years to understand how soft power affects world politics, both with historical retrospectives and with a perspective directed towards the future. In the meantime, the world order has been redrawn. The race for soft power and global influence is now dominated by authoritarian regimes and growing global actors such as China, Saudi Arabia and Russia.
With unique experience from two decades in the United States, in this book he broadens his perspective to the arena of world politics and reports from a dozen countries – including France, South Korea, Qatar, India and Taiwan – for a captivating story about the future of soft power.
Welcome to a conversation between Martin Gelin and Anders Mildner. The conversation starts at 7:00 PM and lasts about an hour. After the conversation, there is an opportunity to buy the book and have it signed.
