Schyffert Forever

After a five-year break from the stand-up scene, Henrik Schyffert returns in 2024 with a new tour - "Schyffert Forever". It's a edgy comeback to stand-up's original form, sprung from the same desire that once upon a time made Henrik take the first steps onto the stages of comedy clubs.

A little unexpectedly, you can say that the new standup tour "Schyffert Forever" is happening thanks to Iggy Pop.

- I hadn't done standup for five years and sat on the train listening to old Iggy Pop - "Lust for Life", "1969", "The Passenger". Then it struck me that this is how you can also do standup. Just fun and happy and simple. So it will be old school this time! says Henrik Schyffert and continues:

- I thought I'd try to figure out why I'm so jealous of Bianca, hate first-time parents and how I became a citizen when I realized that you can get ALL the ice cream yourself! And then there are jokes about, among other things, top hats, Bakelite speakers, girl text messages and the art of lying like a Vassalope skier. Welcome!

Henrik Schyffert has a breadth few others in Nöjessverige can match. In addition to being able to call himself a comedian, director, screenwriter and actor, he also has a background as a television director, rock musician, film producer and radio producer.

As a comedian, Henrik is behind some of Sweden's biggest comedy hits on stage, for example "In the arena with Glenn Killing", "The 90's - a defense speech", "Big Comedy", "Ljust & fresht", "Standup with Gustafsson and Schyffert", "Owned" and "Don't be afraid". In 2016, he was named Male Comedian of the Year.

He is also one of the mainstays of the celebrated humor gangs "Hassan" and "Killinggänget" - today with cult status thanks to productions such as "Nilecity 105,6", "Fyra nuyänder av brunt", "Drömmen om Herrön" and numerous prank calls.

In 2020, Henrik made his debut as a feature film director with "Spring Uje Spring", which was awarded with three Golden Beetles the following year, including for Best Film. He has also been praised for several of his TV series, such as "Allt faller", "Alla er fotografer", "Landet brunsås" and "Vi i Villa".
