After a long successful summer tour through Europe and the acclaimed documentary film "As we have loved", Sara Parkman returns in the autumn with a number of well-chosen concert dates in some of Sweden's most beautiful churches. The format will be searching and intimate, with only Sara and the couple horse Hampus Norén on stage. Music from already released albums, such as the Grammy-winning “Eros Agape Philia”, is mixed with completely untested new material.
Sara herself about the tour:
"There will be music at two, it is November, dark and frost-kissed grass, the snow has not yet shed its light and calm, but we are entering the rest of the seasons. I play the violin and sing, Hampus plays the pedal organ and he sings along. See you in the church, in the vaults that have carried many generations through the seasons, into the safe melancholy of the dark. Sounds, corals, light, close and big at the same time, stars and focus. Like falling asleep in someone's lap, safe and warm in the knowledge that it will be all right, in the end.”
