In 2014, the musical artists Jacob Andréas and Josefine Isaksson played Kristina and Karl-Oskar against each other in the Gothenburg Opera's production of Kristina from Duvemåla. Since then, together with the pianist Mats Sköldberg, they have performed music and stories from Kristina from Duvemåla, Chess, ABBA, Hjälp sökes and Benny Andersson's Orkester.
After sold-out houses at Gothenburg's Konserthus, Stadsteatern and Stora Teatern, the concert is finally coming to Lund's city theatre!
The participants are Heather Levenstein - viola, Karin Berggren - violin, Kerstin Anderson - cello and Thomas Markusson - double bass.
"The lucky ones who got in got a brilliant and charming concert with Jacob Andréas, Josefine Isaksson and Mats Sköldberg who delivered a string of B&B songs from different contexts. The audience was excited and gave a standing ovation when the last notes faded in the Hall". - Niklas Fahlén, organizer of Gothenburg Opera's Skövdescen
"An incredibly strong, beautiful and touching concert. I am really impressed!” Agnetha Hellgren, organizer & musician in Kungshamn's church
“It was like all the air went out of me. We have had many concerts visiting Kungshamn's church - this was by far the best".
Peter Larsson, concert goer.
