Registration for this year's race has opened!
Don't miss this fantastic folk and wellness party that ends Scania Week for Mental Health, Sunday 13 October.
Run for Mental Health is a charity event with the aim of making visible how important physical activity is for mental health.
Mental illness affects us all, and by running together we can make a difference. Everyone is welcome, regardless of background or exercise habits. Every step counts. The entry fees contribute to our fundraising for the benefit of psychiatric research with the Schizophrenia Foundation as the main beneficiary.
The race will take place on Sunday 13 October 2024, starting near the white stage in Lund's Stadspark. The possibility exists to run or walk 5 km or an English mile 1,6 km.
If you want, you can also sign up for the virtual race and complete it when and where you want. Why not a 5 km forest walk that strengthens mental health and research?
Our program will include:
12:00 Music, stage and check-in
12:45 Warm-up
13:00 Starting shot
13:10 – 13:40 Music with Bleckhornen
13:40 Award ceremony
From 11.00, exhibitors and support organizations are on site in connection with the start and the stage.
The race is organized by Lunds Fontänhus, LIBRA Balans Skåne, RSMH and IFP.
With the support of Löplabbet Sweden and ICA Malmborg's Clemenstorget and Region Skåne
