In Rued Langgaard's (1893–1952) piano music, the keyboard is the scene of battles between heaven and hell. Insects crawl and anxiety rages. Goodness is under attack, but beauty is also strong because it belongs to the kingdom of God. And of course to Blekinge, where Rued once had a pardoned summer vacation with his parents. Welcome to Kapellsalen, where pianist Markus Kvint and musicologist Tobias Lund offer insights into one of the Nordic countries' most original and moving musicianship.
Free entrance
The event is part of the fall semester's theme SPIRITUALITY and LUKOM's theme week.
