Voices from South America is a concert experience where music, stories and photographs are woven together into a stay journey through South America. Guitarist Nicolas Zerda takes the audience to the Andes Mountains, the Amazon Jungle and vibrant villages through tones, stories and images that reflect the continent's rich cultural heritage.
With his guitar, Nicolas mixes classical guitar playing with South American folk music. In his own arrangements and works by composers such as Gentil Montaña, Antonio Lauro, Yamandú Costa, Agustín Barrios, Heitor Villalobos, Eduardo Falú, among others. The music is complemented by personal stories and photographs that provide an insight into the lives, dreams and everyday life of children in Latin America, a thought-provoking concert about strength, community and hope.
