The American rock band Rival Sons will return to Sweden in the summer of 2026 for two shows. On June 28, they will take over Cirkus in Stockholm, followed by Mejeriet in Lund on June 29. Two evenings await where classic rock craftsmanship meets contemporary energy.
The band, consisting of Jay Buchanan, Scott Holiday, Mike Miley and Dave Beste, has made a name for itself for itself – musically and live. Albums such as Pressure & Time, Great Western Valkyrie and Feral Roots have set the tone for their expression, the latter of which also resulted in two GRAMMY nominations.
Over the years, Rival Sons have toured extensively internationally, sharing the stage with bands such as The Rolling Stones, AC/DC and Guns N' Roses. They were also handpicked by Black Sabbath as support act on the band's final world tour.
The band most recently released two albums, DARKFIGHTER and LIGHTBRINGER (2023), which showed further breadth in their sound. With new material in the works, Rival Sons continues to evolve – while maintaining their clear anchoring in the core of rock.
The concert is presented in collaboration with Live Nation.
