Rebel Moms and Rebel Dads, the grassroots climate movement, celebrates the love for our children, everyone's children, as the climate crisis threatens the future of children all over the world.
Welcome, father, mother, grandmother, grandfather, aunt, uncle, brother and sister. We sit together in one heart on Stortorget, as in many other Swedish cities on this day.
Our demand is that politicians and decision-makers listen to science and take the climate crisis seriously.
We will gather at 12:00 at Domkyrkoplatsen for information and singing practice. Just before 1:00 pm we will go down to Stortorget. Bring something warm to sit on, warm clothes and preferably a sign with your message, for example write on a simple piece of cardboard!
Rebel Moms and Rebel Dads is Sweden's fastest growing grassroots movement, without party political affiliation, that welcomes anyone who wants decision-makers to take the climate crisis seriously. This year we are working especially to get the climate crisis on the agenda in the election campaign.
