The Path of Miracles, in four movements, reflects the pilgrimage across northern Spain to Santiago de Compostela and starts in Roncesvalles. It is 764 km long and is part of a network of pilgrimage routes that often follow the old stone roads from the Roman Empire. On the long and arduous route, we pass the cathedrals of Burgos and Leon before we stand as if in the eternal light of Santiago de Compostela.
The music they perform is written by Joby Talbot, also English, born in 1971. In his production you will find works for all possible formats, and music for many films.
The DR Vocal Ensemble consists of 18 singers and is well known for its pure and expressive sound. The choir works diligently to invite everyone to the wonderful world of vocal music. Young, old, new and experienced listeners can join in when the choir invites to concerts, workshops and joint singing.
At the same time, the DR Vocal Ensemble has impressed music critics all over the world. The choir has also won several international awards.
