Pasta in the classic Italian way – 5 September & 19 November
The participants together create three different types of pasta and three dishes for the different types of pasta with authentic flavors from Italy.
Stuffed pasta – 3 October & 23 January
The participants create together different kinds of filled pasta and dishes inspired by northern Italian cuisine.
Together with our pasta course instructor and sommelier, Bianca from Reko Deli, you will learn how to create handmade pasta. You will get answers to how a pasta dough should feel and how to make pasta in different colors, shapes and flavors. In addition, you will learn how to pair the different dishes with different wines and get tips and good advice on how to match food and drink yourself. To finish, we gather and enjoy these fantastic pasta dishes at a joint dinner. During the evening, there is of course the opportunity to ask Bianca questions about pasta specifically but also about other cooking, taste, ecological sustainability and other things that can inspire you further in your own cooking.
