Pasta in Swedish
Bianca from Reko Deli, our pasta course instructor and sommelier teaches you how to create pasta with Nordic ingredients. In this course we work with Swedish cultured grains that give the pasta a great flavor character and prepare pasta sauces with tasty local ingredients. We end the course with a joint dinner of what we have cooked. For dinner we drink locally produced beer, which we taste and match to the different dishes.
During the evening there is of course the opportunity to ask Bianca questions about pasta specifically but also about other cooking, taste, ecological sustainability and other things that can inspire you further in your own cooking.
