Learn how to make handmade stuffed pasta to brighten up your cooking for both everyday and festive occasions!
Together with our pasta course instructor and sommelier, Bianca from Reko Deli, you will learn how to create different types of filled pasta. You will get answers to how a pasta dough should feel and how to make pasta in different colors, shapes and flavors. The participants will create the different types of pasta together with inspiration from northern Italian cuisine. In addition, you will learn how to pair the different dishes with different wines and get tips and good advice on how to match food and drink yourself. To conclude, we will gather and enjoy these fantastic pasta dishes at a shared dinner.
During the evening there is of course the opportunity to ask Bianca questions about pasta specifically but also about other cooking, taste, ecological sustainability and other things that can inspire you further in your own cooking.
