Sunnan is cinematic, it's spaghetti soul. The band's music combines classic film aesthetics and Morricone-like soundscapes – there's a definite forward movement and sense of adventure that can take the listener anywhere.
Behind the group name Sunnan we find five of Sweden's most sought-after and well-known musicians; Theodor Kylin, Robin Lindvall, Aron Blom, Pär Stenhammar and Kalle Perlskog.
After an acclaimed tour with Titiyo and the collaboration on the single "The Sound (Make It Come Back)" in 2023, the debut album Cinema 2025 finally arrived and became an immediate success: the song Wild Horses was named "hit of the week" on Sveriges Radio P3.
