Next to Lunds Lasarett stands the 72-meter-high church tower of Lunds Allhelgonakyrka. A well-known profile in Lund's cityscape. About 700 meters down in the center is Lunds Domkyrka.
The magnificent All Saints' Church was built during a period when Lund was growing rapidly and when the Cathedral was no longer large enough to accommodate all those attending church services. It was designed by Helgo Zettervall and inaugurated on All Saints' Day 1891.
The land on which All Saints' Church stands today was once land for All Saints' Monastery, which was located where the UB (University Library) stands today.
Our guides will be happy to take you on an exciting tour and tell you about the history of the church and how it is used today.
A viewing takes about 45 minutes and is free.
