About Notch Matstudio with Susanna Bill

Listen to Susanna, the civil engineer who got tired of big companies, quit her job and focused on her passion for food and flavors. Today she works with the green turnover – one bite at a time with the research-based, insanely delicious vegan food that she cooks at Notch Matstudio 1/2 downstairs in a courtyard here in Lund.

This event is part of Lund City Strong Streets, an arrangement where we jointly lift the streets around Lilla Fiskaregatan for a week. and Klostergatan.
