In the exhibition Costume - folk clothing from Skåne, we show the most traditional of our costumes. It's about garments that have looked almost the same for centuries; about garments that have been "inside" and "outside" and that are made from fabrics that have been preserved, inherited and re-sewn. What was common in the past has today become something completely unique in a time when it takes courage to be folk. Old-fashioned or completely modern? Curator Karin Hindfelt is your guide!
