Beer brewer Per Daneskog from Kävlinge Bryggeri leads the beer tasting tonight.
We start with a description of how Per works in the brewery and a welcome beer.
We go through everything between heaven and earth during the beer tasting.
How does it happen and why do you do what you do?
Kävlinge brewery currently only sells to a pub in Kävlinge, at own tastings and at beer festivals. So it will be a very exclusive tasting.
We also talk about how to drink and serve beer in different parts of the world and how it affects the experience.
We then taste 5 different beers and Per explains what we get in the glasses.
We then also talk about how to experience the flavors in beer and some terms that may be good to have with you for future tastings.
You also get the chance to book dinner.
Then you can choose between beef fillet pasta or baked cod for SEK 249/person
(the choice of food is made when booking)
If you book food and tasting in a package, we have the favorable price
SEK 599/person. If you then feel that you want to stay, we will too
offer a selection of the beers we tried.
