In the fall of 2024, Medan vi lever, an intellectual self-help book in the age of scrolling, was published. Nina Björk discusses topics such as authenticity, love, trust and stay at different ages. How do we deal with modernity's promise of freedom and independence for the individual? Where is the hope, where are the obstacles? Björk draws on both her own experiences and historical thinkers to try to answer the question of what a good life is. Examples are drawn from philosophy, fiction, social debate and popular culture.
