2:30–3:00 PM Dolly in Swedish
Join us on a musical journey through the world of Dolly Parton, as you've never heard it before. In Dolly in Swedish you will experience her greatest songs in completely new, Swedish interpretations – naked, close and filled with soul. Jolene, 9 to 5, Coat of many colors, I will always love you – everyone is there but in a new language costume where the lyrics are allowed to sparkle with Swedish nerve and feeling. Behind the microphones are Lena Nilsson & Eileen H Lind, two singers with a long friendship and interaction behind them. With fantastic audience contact, strong stage presence and voices that carry both power and vulnerability, they invite you to a performance filled with music, laughter and tears – and a sting of country heart. A tribute to Dolly, the power of women and the stories that live on.
