Join us as the season kicks off with a special edition of Monday Night Swing at Smålands Nation.

The evening starts with dinner and drop in classes for beginners' in both Lindy Hop and Blues dance.

As always you are very welcome regardless of age, membership, dance ability, with or without a partner and if you are a student or not.

• SEK 80 fixed rate if you pay by swish at the door.
• SEK 40 if you sign up in advance.
• SEK 20 (additional) discount if you are a member and sign-up in advance.
• SEK 20 (additional) discount for students (ST), youth or the unemployed (AR) who sign up in advance.
• SEK 0 for those who sign-up as volunteers and help out during the evening.

LINDY HOP

Lindy Hop is an African American street swing jazz dance. It evolved from many other dances in the late 1920s and early 1930s in Harlem, New York.
It is a partner dance usually done to swing jazz music and it is one of the most improvisational, found and expressive partner dances around.
