With the help of microorganisms, products that are identical to meat, milk and eggs can be created, without animals being involved in the production. It has been described as the biggest change in human food production in 12 years. Sociologist and food researcher Tobias Linné delves into the visions of how food produced by microorganisms can change both the way people eat, agriculture as we know it and, by extension, the entire food system. What could a shift to microbially grown food look like? What are the challenges? Organized in collaboration with the Lund Society for Nature Conservation and the Sustainability Forum at Lund University as part of this spring's environmental program. Free admission, no pre-registration required.
