Vysotsky's song treasure baked into an energetic musical theater performance about his life by Ulf Fembro.
A love story between the world-famous film actress Marina Vlady and the poet and actor Vladimir Vysotsky, who was bullied by the Soviet authorities. It asks questions about the innermost essence of love, especially under difficult conditions.
The play is written and directed by Ulf Fembro. Ola and Carsten Palmaer are responsible for translating Vysotsky's texts into Swedish.
The music is modernly arranged by a younger generation of Fembro, namely sons John and Fritz.
Marinka and love is a wonderful piece of musical theater that does not leave the audience unmoved.
