The Lundarallarna model railway association is visiting Kulturen with many model trains in its luggage!
The highlight is the modular railway Littrahult, a miniature Småland. There will be trains running there all day long, everything from rail buses to fast trains like the X2000 and freight trains. The trains are from several different generations, from grandma's train in 1925 to today's train in 2025. The stands display models, in different scales, of trains from the early 1900th century to the present day, both home-built and commercially available models.
There are model trains in different sizes, from the smallest scales Z (1:220) and N (1:160) to the most common scale which is H0 (1:87). In scale Z, the smallest "Fast Train" you have ever seen rolls exactly as it looks today when it rolls out of Lund C. In addition, you can experience the Öresund Bridge in model.
The Lundarrallar also shows how to build locomotives and carriages, create environments and build houses. On the modular railway you can see how to build a model railway in modules, i.e. sections.
Lundarallarna is a club for model builders with an interest in railways.
