We live in a challenging and complex time, where democracy is rapidly being dismantled across large parts of the world. Today, only 12 percent of the world's people live in full-fledged democracies. But what is really happening, what do we know about the development of democracy and how does it affect us in Sweden? And what can we do to reverse the development?
The research project “Postdigital Propaganda” explores the problem of digital disinformation and its consequences for democracy and social cohesion. It focuses on how false information is created and spread across digital platforms, and how it can influence public opinion and undermine trust in democratic institutions.
Welcome to an exciting conversation about the development of democracy in the world with Elsa Hedling and Anders Mildner. Anders Mildner is responsible for opinion at Altitude and regularly lectures about the development of democracy in the world.
