Welcome to viewing!
The beautiful gray-blue house in the middle of the Kulturens Friluftsmuseum was once home to the Thomander family – Johan Henrik and Emilie moved in as newlyweds in 1833-34. Johan Henrik had a career as a priest, professor, member of parliament and translator, among other things. In the last years of his life, he was bishop in Lund. They lived here in the house that once stood on Paradisgatan until 1850.
Welcome to a tour where our guide Ola Främby talks about the family and their way of life.
Included in the entrance fee, no advance booking. Gathering at the back of the White House (entrance hall), where there is a sign indicating the gathering place.
