Life in the Thomander house

Welcome to viewing!

In the beautiful grey-blue house in the middle of Kulturens friluftsmuseum, the Thomander family once lived - Johan Henrik and Emilie moved in as newlyweds in 1833-34. Johan Henrik made a career as, among other things, a priest, professor, member of parliament and translator. At the end of his life he was bishop in Lund. They lived here in the house that once stood on Paradisgatan until 1850.

Welcome to a screening where educator Yvonne Andersson talks about the family and their way of life.

Included in the entrance fee. No advance booking. Gathering at the back of the White House (entrance hall), where there is a sign indicating the gathering place.
