Welcome to Litterär salong – an inspiring conversation series for those of you who are 65+.
During pleasant afternoons from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM, we meet current authors from different genres who talk about their writing and their books.
For those who pre-register, free coffee awaits.
After the talk, a book sale and signing will be offered.
Literär salon's most long-distance guest is the author Katarina Widholm, who lives in Hudiksvall. Known and loved for the books about Betty – the young woman who leaves Hudiksvall to become a maid in Stockholm. The books have been translated into several languages. This autumn she is currently working on the book Ler som en ängel , which is about Mikael growing up in the 60s. It is a psychologically dense novel about the family story and how a person's life can be characterized by an imposed role.
