A drama about forgiveness, reconciliation and finding the way back to life.
It's the last call. When the papers are signed, the 20-year-old Kawa regains control of his life. He has been under the supervision of the correctional service ever since he was responsible for the death of another boy during a schoolyard brawl as a teenager.
Kawa's path has been crooked and the salvation during these tumultuous years has been the recurring conversations with a psychologist, who guided him towards a more stable existence.
Now he will finally be free. But before the psychologist signs, she demands that Kawa make one last call, to his mother – the person he would rather die than have to face again.
