MEZE IN SKÅNSKA – Flavors from the Middle East with local ingredients

Do you love the spicy, deep flavors of the Middle East but want to use seasonal Skåne ingredients? Then this course is perfect for you! We take classic meze dishes and adapt them to what the Skåne landscape has to offer.

Together we cook dishes like Falafel on Swedish yellow peas, Bean dip with white beans, caramelized and fried onions Stir on smoked leeks and chili, Berbere rooster with herbaceous couscous salad and much more. We experiment with local ingredients and learn to create genuine flavors with a Skåne touch.

In addition to cooking, we will also go over how to mix your own spice blends and adapt the recipes to the best seasonal ingredients. The evening ends with a shared meal where we enjoy our creations.
