This is a mini-course for you who are between 12 and 18 years old and want to learn the basics of photography.
You learn to use the camera's functions so you can take more pictures than in auto mode. With knowledge of composition, exposure and basic camera technology, you increase the chances of getting a good result - regardless of which camera you have.
With the right settings, you can take those difficult pictures such as fast movements, in poorer light, with good depth in the picture and not least with a better picture composition. We go through the basic rules of image composition and why some images turn out better than others. Theory of common concepts such as megapixels, resolution and different file formats. In small work groups, we practice the various elements.

Leader
Our leaders have relevant subject knowledge and experience in leading study groups. The leader undergoes the Civic School's pedagogical foundation course, which is adapted for adult education. Through a training program, our leaders are given the opportunity for both personal and educational development, an important part of the Citizen School's quality work.
This is public education
We create public education together in study circles that are driven forward through the exchange of knowledge. The study circle is the popular education movement's classic course form and can be about big and small, local and global. It can be carried out at meetings, at a distance or semi-distance. We at the study association Medborgarskolan give you the opportunity to learn, develop and exchange experiences and thoughts with other people. Each individual has influence in the group. In public education, the individual participant can influence the structure and content of the circle according to a democratically inspired model.
