Tonie Lewenhaupt is a costume historian, cartoonist and author. Her career spans several decades; career path began in the 1960s when she was fashion editor at BMT and she has since written a large number of books about clothes and fashion.
Today, Lewenhaupt will talk about women's twenties fashion in general and about a special gold dress, an evening coat and a leather jacket in particular. These three items of clothing are included in the current exhibition 2 twenties. The lecture is introduced by Charlotte Åkerman, department manager for Collections and production at Kulturen in Lund.
Pre-purchase of tickets via the web can be done up to the start of the program. You must be able to present a valid membership card/student card and ID card at the entrance if you choose a discounted adult ticket. The cultural heritage card is not valid for advance purchases for events.
