Welcome to three days of Christmas for all the senses during the first Advent weekend. We inaugurate our Yulstök with Christmas market with the evening opening on Friday. ATTENTION! The museum is closed during the day for preparations, and is instead open from 16-20!
Experience the Christmas market in the evening, when the museum park is illuminated by lanterns, fire baskets and string lights. The market stalls sell Christmas food, Christmas decorations and handicrafts (which may become Christmas presents). The Christmas market spreads both indoors and outdoors.
You can also grill sausages, buy hot food and mulled wine, watch Lucia trains and listen to music. In Bosmålatorpet and Blekingegården, the fire is going and Kulturen's staff talk about how Christmas was celebrated in the past.
Friday evening's events are primarily aimed at adults, while Saturday and Sunday also include child-friendly activities.
During the day, the museum is closed for preparations, we are instead open from 16–20.
